Håndgemeng is a 5 piece doom n roll band from Drøbak, Norway.
With their roots in hardcore, Håndgemeng moved more into the
stoner/sludge/doom genre in their second release, "MOTORCYCLE DEATH CULT" with groovier drums accompanied by a slow and steady dirty bass, slower and more fuzzed out guitars, and of course the classic Håndgemeng vocals on top of it all.

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed!
